In this recording, Marcie Zinn, PhD. uses mind-body techniques for changing your biology which affects the way you think and feel. The goal is to reset your whole autonomic system and develop a clear, calm mind and a quiet body. You can practice listening to these techniques daily until it becomes a skill that works reliably. As your nerves get stronger and steadier, you can begin to make major changes. You should feel your hands getting warmer as circulation to periphery increases. Ideally hand temperature should rise to about 95 degrees and it can be measured with a simple alcohol thermometer taped to your middle finger. Time duration is approximately 18 minutes.
