The NCRI provides assessments for the following conditions:

  • Myalgic Encephalitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
  • Fibromyalgia Syndrome
  • Neurotoxicity (including Toxic Encephalopathy and Gulf-War Illness)
  • Post-acute Sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC) – A.K.A. Long Hauler’s Syndrome
  • Chronic Encephalitis (all cause)
    • Chronic meningitis or meningoencephalitis
  • Chronic Encephalopathy

  • Familial Periodic Paralysis Syndrome
  • Cerebral Hypoxia Syndrome
  • Dysautonomia (autonomic dysfunction), including:
    • Chronic Orthostatic Intolerance
    • Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Intolerance
    • Postural Hypotension Syndrome
    • Dysautonomia
    • Pure Autonomic Failure

    • Multiple Systems Atrophy (Shy-Drager Syndrome)
