The NCRI provides assessments for the following conditions:

• Myalgic Encephalitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
• Fibromyalgia Syndrome
• Long COVID Syndrome
• Chronic Encephalitis (all cause)
• Brain Injury, including Traumatic Brain Injury and/or Cumulative Trauma Disorder Fatigue Syndrome
• Multiple Sclerosis (MS Fatigue Syndrome)
• Lyme Disease (neurologic complications; Lyme fatigue syndrome)
• Dysautonomia (autonomic dysfunction), including:
  • Chronic Orthostatic Intolerance
  • Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Intolerance
  • Postural Hypotension Syndrome
  • Multiple Systems Atrophy (Shy-Drager Syndrome)
